Barron’s Weekly tests V-1 Decanter with
remarkable results
Barron’s compared a fine red wine, ’98 Opus
One, left in a re-corked bottle and the same wine preserved in the V-1:
“Undrinkable, the wine in the corked bottle had to be emptied down the sink
three days later. But after two weeks the wine in the decanter was still
good with a rich smell and taste.”
